    Group Tour Request - Fall 2025

    *Stony Brook University will not be able to provide transportation for your group, and any bus or transportation needed for your group will be the responsibility of your school/group.

    *Stony Brook University will not be able to provide meals for your group. Should you want to connect with our Campus to setup lunch, you will be able to do so ahead of time.

    1. I understand that this request is not a confirmation of a visit.
    2. As the main point of contact, you are also the main chaperone for this trip, or will identify the main chaperone and provide contact information as soon as one is appointed.
    3. Meals and Transportation will not be provided to your group by SBU and will be your responsibility as the requesting school/organization.
    4. If selected, the date offered will be selected from your list of dates chosen above only. This date cannot be changed or rescheduled once offered, including due to preference of dates requested, inclement weather, or things out of our control.
    5. Chaperones will remain with the group at all times and are responsible for their students while on campus. This includes making sure students are courteous to our staff, students, and campus while visiting.
    6. All students will register for the event, once given access to the registration form we will provide to you, as a list of all students on campus is required before arrival.
    7. A personal/work cell phone number will be provided to us for the day-of contact.
    8. Should you need to cancel the tour, you will let us know as soon as possible, to be able to provide this service to another group.
